This significant project involves the demolition of an existing multi-storey carpark and the design & construction of a 31 storey commercial building that's linked to a neighbouring tower. Complete with retail, car parking, end of trip facilities, and new public domain works and services upgrades, this will be a great addition to the City of Parramatta.
Zancon was engaged to provide a tender assessment of all the Contractor’s program submissions and also provide ongoing reviews of the construction methodology and developing tender program to be adopted as the agreed Contract program. We assisted the client in interrogating the tenderers’ program & methodology submissions via a comprehensive range of analysis methods. Our intimate involvement during the tender process assisted the client’s decision-making of optimal Contractor selection and quantification of time related risks and opportunities.
