Royal Prince Alfred Hospital

For over 140 years, The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital has served the needs of its community. This project includes the expansion of the intensive and emergency care units, provides state-of-the-art operating theatres and enhances the hospitals existing facilities.

Zancon were engaged by the Contractor providing build-ability phase services to carry out construction staging and programming services, prior to the market tender phase. This greatly assisted the client with design phase prioritisation.
