This $750 Million Dollar Project Provided a major boost to Sydney's critical health infrastructure. The first major infrastructure investment in Sydney's East in over 25 years, the project included an intensive care unit, an increased emergency department and provided the facility with more operating theatres, virtual care centre, helipad as well as a much needed mental health unit.

Zancon were engaged by the Contractor to provide ECI Phase and Contract programming services, as well as EOT claims preparation. Based on previous health projects experience, Zancon provided benchmark analysis to assist the Contractor.
