Zancon's role has been to support the client through detailed progress tracking and reporting across both construction and design milestones for each tower. Our scope includes monthly site visits with reporting on observed activities in relation to design progress, as well as ongoing reviews of the Contractor’s program—providing insights into programme status, critical path analysis, remaining float and potential risks to practical completion.
