The North Shore Health Hub in Sydney's North. Roberts Co completed the development of two commercial towers that would serve as mixed use medical facilities. The towers were constructed above a 5 story basement carpark with two levels of podium. Setting a new benchmark for the delivery of health services and workspaces, the centres included space for medical consultation, a day surgery, as well as space for cancer treatment, pathology and imaging. Plus, as part of this development, a 76 meter pedestrian bridge was constructed connecting the facility to The North Shore Private Hospital.
Zancon were engaged by the winning contractor to provide tender phase construction planning and programming services as well as establishment of the contract programme, establishment of programme stat using/analytics/reporting process and training the team in these processes and associated software.
