N82 Building

Developed for Griffith University Nathan Campus, N82 replaces existing infrastructure and accommodates AEL and health staff, students and visitors. This project includes spaces for display of research and industry engagement, teaching and retail.

Zancon were engaged by the developer to carry out early buildability analysis, construction planning, development programming, tender contractor programmes analysis including appearance as a member of the tender evaluation panel. Our involvement through all phases of the project has given the Developer clarity at all stages of the development regarding forecast completion, programme risks and opportunities and timing requirements for key decisions.
