Milperra Multi-storey

Located in Milperra, New South Wales, this recent venture sees the completion of a 37,526 sqm multi-level warehouse that includes 10 tenancies ranging from 2,594 sqm to 5,297 sqm.

The facility will have two floors of warehousing, four levels of office space, an external ramp to provide access to level one and 30-metre-wide breezeways on both levels for undercover loading areas. The project includes a range of sustainability initiatives such as a PV solar system and rainwater harvesting. Zancon is engaged for development programming for this project.
