The Martin Place North OSD (Over Station Development) involves the construction and use of a 39-storey commercial tower above the northern entrance of the new Martin Place Metro Station, including complex integration with retail and multi-modal transportation.
The client engaged Zancon to conduct independent programming services by providing strategic planning advice, developing and managing a fully integrated development programme. We are also advising our client in the satisfaction of the complex contractual time requirements across the various contracts, including negotiation and coordination of project commencement and completion requirements, early tenant access, satisfaction of approval deliverables with project stakeholders.
