The development includes a vibrant public precinct in Martin Place , integrated with a new Sydney Metro railway station, complete with office space and a retail, dining and lifestyle hub.

The client engaged Zancon to conduct independent development programming services and coordination of the client's PPP, contract deliverables and strategic construction programming and claims advice. By developing a holistic project approach to programme management, we are managing the development programme in consultation with the project team to ensure timely decision making, time risk identification and overall project project controls.
