For this significant infrastructure development project that will be a key part of the urban renewal of Macquarie Point, Zancon was engaged by the Contractor to provide construction planning and programming services.

The roofed stadium is to have 23,000 seats and be the state's premier multipurpose facility for sporting, arts and entertainment events.
