Zancon were engaged to undertake a peer review comparison of two contractors programmes, involving sequencing and methodology comparison, cycle times analysis, schedule health checks, critical and near-critical float path analysis. Our engagement assisted the developer in shortlisting one contractor to carry out the construction phase of a residential complex within the development and calculating appropriate developers time contingency for their feasibility study.
