Concord Hospital

The redevelopment of the Concord Hospital provides a state-of-the-art clinical services building. This will increase the existing hospital’s inpatient and outpatient capacity, while also providing the Community with a Rehabilitation and Aged Care Centre, Comprehensive Cancer Centre & Australia’s first National Centre for Veterans Healthcare.

Zancon developed the 5-day and 6-day week tender programmes and associated analysis that was part of the RobertsCo winning submission of Project Five. Project 5 is a 5 day work week put forward by RobertsCo and accepted by Health Infrastructure NSW (HINSW) that is now a mandatory consideration on all projects. Zancon continued on the project to provide full programming and project controls services, including in-depth schedule comparison differences between the 5 and 6 day work-week that contributed to HINSW funded study in Project Five.
