Circular Quay Tower

Developed as part of Circular Quay's redevelopment, Salesforce Tower will stand as a centrepiece for the precinct. The tower consists of 54 office spaces, retail and community space.

Zancon were engaged by the Developer to prepare an overall development programme based on different scheme and staging options, as well as analyse and challenge the Contractors contract programme to achieve a best-for-project outcome, as well as EOT claims independent analysis throughout construction.
