This $3 Billion dollar project provides Sydney with an urban precinct that's focused on sustainability. Consisting of 133,000sqm of workspace across two towers and a low rise building, the project promises to attract the best of the international innovation and tech sectors to live and work within Sydney's thriving CBD. A hub for innovation, the precinct will include a revitalised public realms, 5,000sqm of activated retail and dining across three levels, an integrated distribution facility and 10,000sqm of amenities. Amenities will include activated rooftops, business hubs and pet and wellness spaces.
Zancon were engaged by the Developer to provide construction planning and programme peer review services prior to the Developer releasing the project to market for tender.
