Central Barangaroo

As part of the NSW Government's vision for Barangaroo, Aqualand has developed a plan to develop an environmentally sustainable precinct for both retail, community and commercial use. The project consists of the development of a central tower that incorporates solar as part Barangaroo plan to meet Net Zero by 2024. The precinct includes various walking and community spaces.

Zancon were engaged by the Developer to prepare an overall development programme based on different scheme and staging options.
