Ballamac House, Coogee

After six decades of being divided into flats, this heritage-listed residence is set to be thoughtfully restored to its original grandeur. With a rich history and architectural significance, Ballamac House will undergo a carefully planned transformation.

Zancon was engaged to provide programming services for the provisional construction phase of this residential project. Our role involved refining and further developing an existing development programme to accommodate updated sequencing and new project details introduced in this latest phase.
