Adelaide New Women's Children Hospital

Completed over 3 stages, this project includes the development of a new clinical services building, the addition of an acute services building and the addition of an 800 space multi story car park. Designed to enhance the existing capacity of the hospital, the project also includes the addition of new inpatient and outpatient wards, ambulatory and spaces for other critical and allied health services.

Zancon was engaged by the Contractor during the Covid lockdowns to carry in-depth disruption analysis and disruption claim preparation services, which involved in-depth resource analysis of all trades on the project.
