13-17 Playfair St, The Rocks

As part of a larger initiative to revitalise and activate The Rocks precinct, this development includes a range of alterations and additions—most notably, the introduction of new outdoor seating to enhance public use of the area.

Zancon was engaged to support the project by developing a detailed and deliverable programme, informed by current site conditions and all available project documentation.
