Parramatta’s A-grade commercial precinct with access to 3,500 sqm of onsite green space will ensure occupier wellness and enjoyment including grassed areas for yoga, respite areas, recreation space, BBQ zone and a pavilion for team meetings and presentations.

Zancon was engaged by the Contractor to provide on-site construction planning and programming services for the project in construction, including monthly contract programme reporting.
