One of the largest distribution centres in the southern hemisphere, Yennora Distribution Centre has ~300,000 sqm of warehousing and ~67,000 sqm of dedicated container hardstand. The ~70 hectare prime industrial asset is located 29km west of Sydney and operates as an intermodal terminal with rail sidings connected to the main Southern Rail Line. Zancon was engaged to carry out development programming.
