This multi stage development includes the construction of three new accommodation units, the demolition and development of new control and reporting facilities, and the development of a new visiting squadron facility. As part of this project, Lendlease will also complete upgrades to existing infrastructure including hydraulic, electrical and the reconfiguration and refurbishment of other existing amenities.
Zancon are engaged to carry out Contract and Delivery programming services for the Managing Contractor, including EOT claims preparation and defence as and when required. This engagement requires Zancon to coordinate construction programming processes across the team to assist in the overall programme management function.
