The Pitt Street Development in downtown Sydney, involves the design and construction of two new 39 storey buildings (commercial & build-to-rent) above the new Sydney Metro Pitt St Station. Together with a retail space, there are improvements to the public domain that will create a desirous lifestyle hub.

The client engaged Zancon to conduct independent programming services by providing strategic planning advice as well as developing and managing a fully integrated development programme. We are also advising our client in the satisfaction of the complex contractual time requirements across the various contracts, including negotiation and coordination of project commencement and completion requirements, satisfaction of approval deliverables with project stakeholders.
