Landmark Towers

The Landmark is a significant residential and retail development project in Sydney's inner north. This impressive tower will set a new standard, not just for St Leonards, but a new benchmark for future developments in suburban living.

Constructed during various COVID lock-downs, Zancon was engaged to independently status and monitor the Contractor's programme with a particular focus on resourcing and mitigation opportunities. This project was built efficiently and to a high standard with an experienced Contractor and Developer teams and was an example of a well-coordinated project.
