Land Environment Court Matter

Provision of expert court evidence.

Zancon was engaged by the Applicant to provide expert evidence to the Court regarding the hypothetical programme required to carry out a commercial tower development where the subject land had been compulsorily acquired by Government. The expert evidence included oral testimony and cross examination of Adam Zantis with the Court ultimately preferring Adam Zantis' expert evidence.
