Growing Talent
In 2024, we welcomed new team members to Zancon, whose expertise has strengthened our capabilities and enriched our team culture: Scott and Muhammad!
We also celebrated key promotions within the team, with Mike stepping into the role of Director and Matt advancing to Associate Director. Congratulations to all on their well-deserved achievements!
Settling into Our New Home
A major milestone this year was officially settling into our brand-new head office space on Kent St, Sydney. This new space reflects our commitment to growing as we continue to build and innovate in the construction planning realm.
Delivering Insights, Training & Expertise
Advising and sharing knowledge have always been at the heart of what we do.
This year, we published several articles on our blog, written by our own Consultants, covering topics such as programme float, site diaries and MMoC manufacturing. Each piece reflects our commitment to advancing industry insights and supporting our clients. Check them out here.
This year also saw the launch of our new video series, 5 Minutes with a Zancon Expert, where we share quick, insightful interviews with our team members. Starting the series was our own Managing Director Adam, who received great feedback from clients and peers.

Fostering Team Connections
It wasn’t all work—this year was also filled with fun and celebration! We had various team bonding events, from our Melbourne Cup celebrations to our end-of-year Christmas party, where our team came together to connect, unwind and celebrate our collective achievements.
